An immersive, foundational initiation into the work with sound as a tool for healing, presence, and transformation. Across two full days, you’ll explore how frequency, resonance, and vibration influence the nervous system and shape the subtle energetic field — learn to offer sound in a grounded, attuned, and embodied way.

You will learn:
• The history, science & energetics of sound
• How frequency affects the body
• Himalayan & Crystal singing bowls and Tuning Forks
• Developing presence & 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲
• Techniques for guiding 𝗼𝗻𝗲-𝘁𝗼-𝗼𝗻𝗲 sessions
• How to integrate sound into different therapeutic settings
• Working with intention & flow
• Partner practice, demonstration work & sharing

This training is designed for yoga teachers, bodyworkers, wellness practitioners, and seekers who want to weave sound into their work or daily life with confidence and care — and for anyone curious to understand the healing impact of sound in their own body.
