This immersive evening invites you to surrender into vibration, where frequencies awaken the body’s intelligence and harmonise the subtle field.
As the moon amplifies the tides within and around us, sound becomes a bridge — guiding energy into balance, release, and renewal.
Live acoustic instruments — shamanic drum, singing bowls, rare giant tuning forks, and ancestral tones — create a soundscape that vibrates through every cell.
Each wave of sound invites deeper stillness, each tone a reminder of your natural rhythm.

Meet your facilitators:
We are Coco (from Chile) and Anny (from Germany), the duo behind @sound.retreat — now based in Sri Lanka and offering immersive sound journeys, breathwork, training, and retreats worldwide.
Our work is rooted in studies at renowned institutions in India (Svaram) and Nepal (Sound Planetarium Academy), along with deep voice and mantra training. These experiences shaped our unique style — blending ancient universal principles with the modern science of sound and vibration.
